All visits must be used at YINFRARED location of purchase. Except as otherwise required by law, packs are non-refundable and are not transferable between locations or individuals and CANNOT be extended except due to illness or injury, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

No refunds or credits will be provided for any classes unused by the expiry date.

Cancellation/rescheduling is required to be made more than at least 4 hours prior to your booking time. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a lost visit. If you cancel or reschedule your visit outside of the cancellation period or are a no-show/absent from your visit you will lose your class and will not be entitled to a refund.

 Allow 60 minutes for your full appointment time.
